Mental Health Workshop
Today on the 10th of October 2020 we covered anxiety and mental health and we took part in a game of charades. We also made a stress bucket and added words which relates to stress and we made arrows to it to show what relieves the stress. We also made post-it notes to show which part of the body is impacted due to anxiety.
We also covered a technique to relieve stress which was inhaling for 7 seconds, hold for 2, exhale for 11.
