I started to create a mindmap so that I can get my ideas together and brainstorm it as it is a creative thinking process of plotting my ideas, making it possible to know my possibilities.

I also created a moodboard for my FMP and pasted images I found from google images of different games and gaming setups. The moodboard helped to give me inspiration.

I created my SWOT analysis which helped me evaluate my strengths and weaknesses and would help me prepare for the final major project. The opportunites and threats also help me prevent running into problems and also letting me know about the opportunites.

I produced a proposal to give me knowledge of what I will need to be doing and it will help me with time management as I put down the date of what I need to be doing.

I went to the bridge on top of the A12 near my college and carried out test shots with camera. I altered camera settings and practiced with filming time-lapse videos. I was confident while filming the shots because I filmed there many times before. I imported the clips from the camera's SD card onto my hard disk.

Booked equipment for Easter, 4K camera and tripod and I will be filming in different modes of transportation in different locations on a busy road. I continued to enhance this website and improve where I can by adding and adjusting.

I also created a survey which I sent to my class. Here are the results for the responses.

Borrowed a camera and tripod until 24 April. I filmed shots at the train station and filmed trains.

I went to London City Airport to film some planes arrive and depart. I travelled to the airport by train and then walked to find the ideal spot. At the first spot, there was not a good view of the runway so I asked someone what is the best spot to film. He told me the best spot to film was a bridge on the right side of the airport. On the way there I spotted a big line of taxis and also decided to film that for 5 minutes. When I arrived on the bridge I placed my tripod, waited for planes to arrive or depart and filmed. The issue was that the part of the bridge I was standing, as vehicle passed by, the tripod would shake resulting in shaky and unprofessional footage. The weather was sunny and was approaching sunset during the shoot. I learnt that next time I should research the best spot to film the runway at London City Airport beforehand as this would have saved time instead of travelling directly to London City Airport to look for a spot while I am there.

I researched the best location to film in London Stansted Airport. The best spot was a spot outside of the airport. When I arrived to the spot I was able to see the runway and see planes arrive and depart. I looked for the highest point to set my tripod. The issue was there was gates around the airport which would get in the way of my filming. I found the best spot and started filming. I feel as if my shots were a lot more professional then when I filmed at City Airport. In this location my shots were not shaky and I also researched the best spot to film. Before going to the airport instead of just arriving to the airport and looking for the location myself. I filmed a lot of planes and I then went to a different spot where you can see planes land overhead and I also filmed in that location. Overall I feel as if this trip was successful and I got a lot of useful footage from this shoot which I will edit for my project. I will continue to shoot more film clips on other days.

I went to the Royal Victoria to film a timelapse of the cable cars in London. When I arrived to this location I saw the cable car and filmed at that spot. I set up my tripod and filmed for about 6 minutes. When I stopped the recording I then walked to a different spot closer to the cable car and filmed from a different angle. I filmed there for a few minutes, then went to the other side of the cable car to film from a different angle so I get 3 different angles of the cable car. I then went to film trams which operate in South London. When I went back to the station I decided to film DLR trains which I filmed whenever the trains came. I then made my way to Croydon to film the trams. When I arrived to Croydon I looked for the best spot to film. I found the spot where trams come and go and set up my tripod. I filmed when the trams came and even got buses in the shot. I then went to a different spot to film the trams and found a better spot to film in East Croydon. I filmed in a few different spots to film the trams to get more angles of the trams.

I began editing my FMP and imported all of my clips that I have filmed into a premiere pro project. Here is a rough cut of what I have edited so far.
